Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Introduction

AniketBhavsar.com (aniketbhavsar.com), operated by Aniket Bhavsar ("Company", "we", "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By using our platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

a) Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password provided during registration.

b) Assessment Responses: Answers to questionnaire items, conviction ratings, family influence ratings, importance ratings, open-ended text responses, and time spent on each question.

c) Payment Information: Transaction references, payment amounts, and payment timestamps. We do not store credit card or bank account details directly — payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

d) Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and session duration, collected automatically through server logs.

e) Counsellor-Provided Data: Session notes, professional summaries, action plans, and other content created by counsellors within the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

— Deliver the assessment, scoring, and reporting services
— Generate personalised advice using AI algorithms
— Facilitate communication between partners and counsellors
— Process payments and manage accounts
— Improve the platform's features, algorithms, and user experience
— Send transactional notifications (account activation, partner invitations, results ready)
— Comply with legal obligations

4. Privacy of Partner Responses

Individual responses are private. Your partner cannot see your raw answers. Only computed alignment scores, gap indicators, and aggregated insights are shared between partners. Specific question-level positions (who answered what) are visible only to the assigned counsellor (if applicable), never to the other partner.

Open-ended text responses are visible only to the assigned counsellor and to the AI system for generating personalised advice. They are never shown to the other partner.

5. AI Processing

Certain features use third-party AI services (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate personalised advice and session preparation content. When AI features are used, your anonymised assessment data (scores, gaps, and open-ended responses) may be transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing. We do not share your name, email, or other identifying information with AI providers. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

a) Assigned Counsellors: If you register with a counsellor, they can see your assessment results, scores, red flags, and open-ended responses for the purpose of providing professional guidance.

b) Service Providers: Payment processors, email delivery services, and hosting providers who assist in platform operations, bound by confidentiality agreements.

c) Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority, we may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for any unauthorised access, data breaches, hacking, or cyber attacks. You use the platform at your own risk.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Assessment data may be retained in anonymised form for research and platform improvement purposes indefinitely.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

— Request access to your personal data
— Request correction of inaccurate data
— Request deletion of your account and associated data
— Withdraw consent for non-essential processing

To exercise these rights, contact us at help@aniketbhavsar.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that deleting your account will permanently remove your assessment data and cannot be undone. Deletion does not entitle you to any refund.

10. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Usage analytics may be collected using server-side tools that do not track individual users across websites.

11. Children's Privacy

AniketBhavsar.com is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

12. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) as applicable. For users outside India, additional local regulations may apply.
