We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any assessment results, scores, AI-generated advice, or counsellor recommendations. Relationship outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the scope of any platform. AniketBhavsar.com shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the content provided on this platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary.
All payments made to AniketBhavsar.com are final and non-refundable. This includes self-guided assessment fees, counsellor session fees, and any other charges. Once payment is confirmed and your account is activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
— Dissatisfaction with assessment results or advice
— Failure to complete the assessment
— Change of mind after registration
— Relationship breakdown or decision not to proceed with marriage
— Technical issues that are subsequently resolved
— Disagreement with counsellor's interpretation or recommendations
Counsellors listed on AniketBhavsar.com are independent professionals, not employees of the Company. AniketBhavsar.com provides a platform for connection and assessment delivery. The Company is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any counselling services provided by listed counsellors. Any disputes between users and counsellors must be resolved directly between the parties.
Certain features of AniketBhavsar.com use artificial intelligence to generate personalised advice and session preparation materials. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate recommendations. The Company disclaims all liability for any AI-generated content. Users and counsellors should exercise their own professional and personal judgement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANIKETBHAVSAR.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
— Use or inability to use the platform
— Any assessment results, scores, advice, or recommendations
— Any actions taken or decisions made based on platform content
— Any counsellor-client interactions facilitated through the platform
— Loss of data, revenue, or anticipated savings
— Emotional distress or relationship outcomes
— Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
— Any other matter relating to the platform
In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
While we implement reasonable security measures to protect user data, no system is completely secure. The Company does not guarantee the security of your data and shall not be held liable for any unauthorised access, data breaches, hacking, or cyber attacks. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of transmitting information over the internet.
In the event of a data breach, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected users, but the Company accepts no financial or legal liability for any damages resulting from such incidents.
Individual partner responses are private and are not shared with the other partner in raw form. Only computed scores, alignment metrics, and aggregated insights are visible to the other partner and/or counsellor. However, users acknowledge that no electronic data storage system is infallible.
All content, algorithms, question banks, scoring methodologies, templates, advice text, and design elements on this platform are the intellectual property of Aniket Bhavsar. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
— Provide false or misleading information
— Attempt to access another user's account or data
— Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
— Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
— Use assessment results to harass, manipulate, or coerce your partner
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AniketBhavsar.com, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
